Champion Balance
Jungle clear speed is reduced through lower monster damage caps on Q - Infected Bonesaw and E - Blunt Force Trauma.
Passive damage is increased and slow stacking behavior is cleaned up, while a slow-stacking bug is fixed.
Base AD and AD growth are reduced, and E - Inspire has a higher mana cost.
Passive monster damage cap is increased by level to help jungle clear speed.
E - Relentless Pursuit gets lower cooldowns and mana costs to help Lucian move around fights more often.
Q - Radiant Volley damage is lowered, and W - Rebuttal has a longer cooldown plus a shorter movement-speed window.
Passive damage scaling is adjusted to better balance top and support performance.
R - Final Chapter healing is increased and multiple ultimate-related bugs are fixed.
Zilean can no longer level W - Rewind at level 1.
Zyra can no longer put her first skill point into W - Rampant Growth.
Mode Updates
- ARAM MayhemPatch 26.8 reduced several movement-speed-heavy augments, buffed multiple item cooldowns, and included a large bugfix pass.
- ARAMARAM borrowed item active cooldown changes from Mayhem, including Locket, Protoplasm Harness, and Randuin's Omen.
- ArenaArena opened up several alternate AP builds and adjusted champions such as Tristana, Sivir, Jarvan IV, Senna, Sion, Vex, Seraphine, Vel'Koz, Viktor, Camille, and Kled.
- ARAM ClashThe Ixtal Cup ARAM Clash ran during this patch cycle, with registration beginning April 13 and tournament days April 18-19.
